FAMILIES AND BEGINNERS ARE WELCOME!

Plan on the tour to take 3 hours. 30 minutes signing wavers, getting outfitted with safety gear and a pre-ride briefing. 90 minutes of drive time and 40 minutes at the stops. These are rough estimates and will be more likely to be longer than shorter, time durations will very depending on the group for that tour. There will be times to drive fast, however this tour is not all about speed. You will encounter many different types off terrain which will require slower speed and some maneuvering. The first stop will be at an an abandoned mine dating back to the 1800s. The mines in the area have not been maintained for many years making them potentially unstable so we will not be going inside. However the outside of the entrances are just as interesting (see some mine pictures in gallery). Second stop is at China Ranch Date Farm, a beautiful natural oasis with active date fields and gift shop. China Ranch also has a trail if you would like to do some easy hiking after the tour. there are a few small restaurants in the area if you would like to stay for lunch.
